G-Dragon’s Concert In Bangkok Abruptly Canceled, Whats Going On?

G-dragon will no longer visit Bangkok as part of his world tour stops!

On July 10, an official notice titled “Bangkok Concert Cancellation Notice” was posted on G-Dragon’s Fanplusone.com official account.

According to the announcement, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that G-Dragon’s concert scheduled for August 2 in Bangkok has been canceled.” It continued, “We understand how many fans were looking forward to this concert, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.” The statement concluded, “We hope to see you again soon.”

G-Dragon is currently on his third world tour, Übermensch. After performing in Sydney and Melbourne last week, he held three consecutive concerts in Taipei this week.

The following shows are scheduled for July 19–20 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and July 25–26 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The now-canceled Bangkok concert was set for August 2.

Fans have expressed disappointment upon hearing the news, and many are blaming his agency for its mismanagement of the tour.
