(G)I-DLE’s Shuhua Rumored To Be Dating Taiwanese Actor Ko Chen Tung, Cube Entertainment Responds
Amid rumors among some Chinese netizens that (G)I-DLE member Shuhua and Taiwanese actor Ko Chen Tung are dating, Shuhua’s side has issued a statement!
On the 17th of July, a representative from Shuhua’s agency, Cube Entertainment, told Sports Donga that the dating rumors between Shuhua and Ko Chen Tung are “completely groundless.”
The rumors began on the 16th when Shuhua posted several photos of herself on social media with the caption “Hey~ I love you.” Ko Chen Tung, who has a significant following in Korea due to his role in the film “You Are the Apple of My Eye,” commented with a smiling emoji with closed eyes, drawing attention.
Some Chinese netizens speculated that the two might be dating, especially since Shuhua had attended Ko Chen Tung’s birthday party in Taiwan in June, which sparked further interest. Following the speculation, Kai Ko deleted his comment.
Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE, with Shuhua as a member, released their 7th mini-album “I SWAY” on the 8th.
