Former Secret group member and actress Han Sun Hwa has sparked curiosity by closing the comments section on her social media.

On October 9, Han Sun Hwa was absent from the wedding of fellow Secret member Song Ji Eun and YouTuber Park We, while other members, Jun Hyo Seong and Jung Ha Na, attended, showcasing their continued friendship.

The next day, Han Sun Hwa celebrated her 35th birthday by sharing photos and videos on her social media, expressing gratitude to fans for their gifts, which included personalized towels, drinks, lights, and fan letters. On the 11th, she also posted birthday gifts with captions like “Thank you, sister,” “Thanks to the peach-growing club,” and “So touched.”

Han Sun Hwa’s Instagram comments section is closed. Following her absence at the wedding, speculation has arisen about whether her decision to keep the comments closed is linked to rumored discord with her former group members.

Rumors of conflict between Han Sun Hwa and the other Secret members date back to 2015, when Jung Ha Na commented on Han Sun Hwa’s drinking habits during a broadcast. Han Sun Hwa seemingly responded with a post criticizing how she was portrayed, which some took as dissatisfaction with her “airhead” image at the time.

Jun Hyo Seong later clarified on another program that Han Sun Hwa’s post wasn’t directed at Jung Ha Na, but rather aimed at clearing up misunderstandings about her drinking habits. However, Han Sun Hwa refuted that claim, which reignited the conflict.

Since then, rumors of discord have persisted. Last year, Han Sun Hwa’s absence from Secret’s 14th-anniversary reunion further fueled speculation. To this day, the rumors remain unresolved, and the alleged feud between Han Sun Hwa and the other members continues to follow them after eight years.
