Popular Idol Shows Off The Lavish Preparations Of Her Extravagant Wedding
T-ara member Hyomin (36, real name Park Sun Young), who tied the knot on April 6, has begun sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of her wedding preparations.
On April 9, Hyomin posted several photos and videos on her Instagram Stories, offering a look at moments from her wedding day.
One highlight that drew attention was the thoughtful preparation of three types of wedding gifts for guests, packaged in purple, white, and green shopping bags. Additionally, Hyomin showcased her entrepreneurial side by serving highballs under her own brand, which she personally launched, blending her special day with smart marketing.
The wedding dress Hyomin wore also drew a lot of attention. The elegant yet glamorous gown was a high-end 2025 S/S piece by Sarah Murad, reportedly one of only two available in Korea.

The wedding took place at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. Comedian Jo Se Ho hosted the ceremony, singer Gummy and actor-singer Im Siwan performed congratulatory songs, and close friend Jo Hyun Ah of Urban Zakapa delivered the congratulatory speech.
All the remaining T-ara members—Eunjung, Jiyeon, and Qri—attended the ceremony. Other celebrity guests included Kim Jaejoong, Yoon Jong Shin, Daesung, Simon D, Rhymer, Heo Young Ji, Park Joon Hyung, Lee Sang Min, Muzie, Yoo Se Yoon, Kwon Soon Il, Kang Min Kyung, Kwon Eun Bi, actors Shin Ha Kyun, Lee Dong Wook, Go Jun Hee, Go Woo Ri, Hong Seok Cheon, Lee Da Hae, and entertainer Pungja.
Born in 1989, Hyomin debuted as a member of T-ara in 2009. The group released numerous hit songs such as “Lies,” “Bo Peep Bo Peep,” “Roly-Poly,” “Lovey-Dovey,” and “Crazy Because of You.” Currently, Hyomin is not signed to an agency and is continuing solo activities. She recently launched a liquor business as well.
