Singer HyunA has officially denied recent pregnancy rumors that spread online.
On the 20th of February, her agency AT AREA dismissed the claims, stating, “It is not true,” and added that she is currently exercising consistently while preparing for a new album.
The rumors began circulating through online communities after eyewitness accounts and photos of the couple shopping were shared. In the photos taken that day, HyunA was seen walking hand-in-hand with her husband Yong Junhyung.
She was dressed casually in a cap, a loose pink oversized jacket, baggy pants, and flat shoes. Compared to her typically slim figure and tight stage outfits during promotions, her slightly fuller silhouette and loose clothing that seemed to cover her stomach led to speculation about pregnancy.
HyunA, who married Yong Junhyung in October 2024, maintained a very slim figure throughout her idol career. However, since her marriage, she has repeatedly been caught up in pregnancy rumors whenever her weight appeared to increase slightly.
