Another ITZY Member, Yuna, Is Making Her Solo Debut Soon

ITZY member Yuna (real name Shin Yu Na) is set to debut as a solo singer.

On January 6, JYP Entertainment told Newsen, “Yuna is currently preparing her solo debut album. The exact release date has not yet been decided.”

With this, Yuna will be making her solo debut seven years after entering the music industry. She began her career in 2019 as a member of ITZY alongside leader Yeji and members Lia, Ryujin, and Chaeryeong, going on to achieve major success with multiple hit songs and topping domestic and international music charts.

ITZY will continue their global momentum through their third world tour, “TUNNEL VISION.” The tour will kick off with three concerts from February 13 to 15 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa District, Seoul.

Separately, Yuna is also expected to make her mark as an actress. She has confirmed her appearance in the upcoming tvN drama “Undercover Miss Hong,” starring Park Shin Hye and Go Kyung Pyo, which is scheduled to air within the year.

In addition, she has been cast in another new tvN drama, “My Favorite Employee,” where she will play the role of a top actress and showcase a different charm. As the new year begins, anticipation is growing for Yuna’s changes and growth not only as an ITZY member, but also as a solo singer and actress.
