The Famous Kpop Idol Who Wanted To Die Because Of Sasaengs Reveals How One Was Kissing Him While He Slept

Singer Kim Jaejoong shared harrowing experiences with obsessive fans, known as sasaengs [obsessive so called stalker ‘fans’], on TV!

On the show, Kim Jaejoong expressed that people can be scarier than ghosts, revealing his belief that he might be the most harassed person by sasaeng in South Korea. He recounted an incident where a sasaeng persistently pressed the fingerprint sensor on his apartment door, hoping to feel his fingerprint.

Kim Jaejoong also disclosed a particularly disturbing experience where he was kissed by a sasaeng fan while he was asleep. Initially, he thought it was a dream, but upon waking slightly, he found the fan on top of him, kissing him.

Kim Jaejoong recalled, “While I was sleeping, I thought it was a dream. But I kept feeling something.” He added, “So I slightly opened my eyes, and the sasaeng was on top of me. I couldn’t see their face clearly, so I thought it was a dream and tried to go back to sleep. Then I opened my eyes again, and they were already kissing me.”

MC Kim Gura commented, “Having experienced such scary things, there’s no room for ghost stories to come in.”

Kim Jaejoong concluded by expressing relief that sasaeng incidents have decreased and urged extreme fans to show restraint, noting that excessive affection can be extremely frightening.
