Famous Kpop Idol To Relocate Her Own Agency To A Different Location, Photos Of The Stunning Location Go Viral

Jennie of the girl group BLACKPINK is relocating her personal label’s office to Hannam-dong.

On September 3, according to the real estate industry, Jennie’s personal label, ODD ATELIER, is preparing to move into a newly built building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

ODD ATELIER, which is currently using a detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu as its office, plans to relocate to the new Hannam-dong headquarters after its lease expires in October. Renovation work is underway, and the move-in is expected in November.

The new headquarters is a small building with one basement floor and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 927㎡, it also overlooks the Han river. Designed by architect Hong Tae Sun, the building is estimated to be worth about 45 billion won [$32,351,873]. As of the end of last year, it had been listed on the rental market with deposits ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 billion won and monthly rent between 60 to 80 million won [$43,000 to $57,000].

Previously, Jennie’s agency faced controversy when its former office building, originally approved for use as an art museum, was used as an office without proper authorization, raising building law violation issues.

Meanwhile, Jennie established her personal label ODD ATELIER in November 2023 and is currently carrying out the “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR ‘DEADLINE'” across 16 cities and 31 shows.
