The ‘Injection Auntie’ Controversy Spreads And Targets Innocent Celebrities, Popular Singer Denies All Accusations
Park Na Rae’s ‘Injection Auntie’ controversy is harassing innocent celebrities.
The ‘Injection Auntie’ is an individual who reportedly provided illegal medical treatments to numerous celebrities, including Park Na Rae, SHINee Key, and Haetnim. While the individual claims to be a doctor, an investigation by the Korean Medical Association revealed that ‘Injection Auntie’ does not hold a domestic medical license.
Furthermore, ‘Injection Auntie’ boasted of friendships with many celebrities through personal social media, disclosing private messenger conversations and details of exchanged gifts, which drew criticism from observers.
As celebrities suspected of receiving illegal medical treatments from ‘Injection Auntie’ are suspending their broadcast activities, even those on ‘Injection Auntie’s’ social media follower list are being scrutinized, causing damage to innocent people.
The first celebrity targeted was Kang Min Kyung, a member of the female duo Davichi. Recently, speculations were raised through online communities suggesting that ‘Kang Min Kyung might have received illegal medical treatments along with Park Na Rae’ simply because ‘Injection Auntie’ follows Kang Min Kyung’s social media account.
Fortunately, this was not true. On the 20th of December, Kang Min Kyung stated on her personal social media, “I am speaking cautiously as there seem to be people curious about matters unrelated to me through recent comments on my Instagram or YouTube. Due to the nature of social media, it is difficult to know everyone who follows my account. However, the matters you are worried about have absolutely nothing to do with me.”
Kang Min Kyung further reassured fans by saying, “I am posting this because I do not want to cause unnecessary concern to those waiting for our concert in January.”
Jun Hyun Moo also suffered damage. This is because a past photo from the MBC variety show ‘I Live Alone’, showing him receiving an IV drip in a vehicle, resurfaced. At the time, it appeared to be a sign of him continuing to film despite a busy schedule, but the scene is gaining renewed attention as the ‘Injection Auntie’ controversy intensifies.
