KARD’s Somin Talks To Fans For The 1st Time Following The Sudden Disbandment Announcement
KARD’s Somin has opened up to fans after the shocking news of the group’s disbandment!
On July 6, DSP Media shocked fans by revealing that KARD are disbanding. DSP Media announced: “After careful discussions with all four members, we have mutually agreed to conclude KARD’s journey following this final round of activities.”
Before disbanding, KARD will release their first full-length album, “Where To Now (Part.2): Nowhere,” on the 28th of July before kicking off a world tour. The news came as a huge shock to fans who shared their surprised reactions via social media.
Following that, member Somin spoke to fans on a fan platform and had this to say:
“You must have been really shocked, Hirangs… I’m sorry for startling you ㅠㅠ No matter how it was delivered, I think you would have been very surprised, but you probably didn’t expect it to come out this suddenly and abruptly… I’m sorry ㅠㅠ
I don’t know what to say either, but I think it’s right to focus on resolving what’s right in front of us for now, so we’ve prepared this album well — please wait just a little longer 🥹 We’ve really worked hard, but we’re trying to work even harder and enjoy it more. I’ll only show you my good side . Thank you always, and I love you. Don’t cry!! Okay”
