Korean Rapper Takes Drugs In Prison While Awaiting Trial For Drug Use
Rapper Yoon Byung-ho is making headlines for taking drugs while awaiting a drug trial!
Rapper Yoon Byung-ho (stage name: Bully Da Bastard, 24), known from Mnet’s rapper survival show High School Rapper, was found to have used drugs again while awaiting trial in detention on drug charges, leading to an additional trial.
According to legal sources on the 27th of October, Judge Jung of Suwon District Court’s Criminal Division 4 recently sentenced Yoon to 8 months in prison, suspended for 2 years, for violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Yoon was put on trial for allegedly using psychotropic drugs containing diazepam, lorazepam, and zolpidem at Incheon’s Michuhol District Detention Center in August 2022. At the time, he was already in detention, having been indicted in July of the same year for using drugs he purchased with a “throwing method” via social media at his home in Incheon’s Gyeyang District, which he shared with an acquaintance.
Its speculated he might have to spend time in jail due to this.
