Famous Kpop Producers Announce Marriage After 9 Years Together

KUSH, a producer at The Black Label — home to artists such as Taeyang, Jeon Somi, Miyo, and AllDayProject — has announced his marriage to Vivian after nine years of dating.

On October 8, The Black Label officially stated to OSEN, “KUSH and Vivian will be getting married on October 11. We ask for your understanding as we cannot disclose further details regarding the ceremony.”

KUSH debuted in 2003 as part of Stony Skunk before transitioning into songwriting in 2007. During his time at YG Entertainment, he produced numerous hit songs for artists such as BIGBANG, G-Dragon, Taeyang, and 2NE1. He is currently signed under The Black Label and recently gained attention for producing the OST “Soda Pop” for the Netflix film “K-Pop Demon Hunters.”

Vivian began her entertainment career after participating in the 2015 Ceci Model Contest and gained public attention as the cousin of Girls’ Generation’s Yuri. Last year, she appeared on Mnet’s survival show “I-LAND 2: N/a,” where she shared updates about her work as a music producer. She also serves as the creative director for the debut group IZNA

The couple’s relationship became public in July 2016, and they confirmed they had been dating for about two months after being introduced by mutual friends six months prior. Born in 1984, KUSH is nine years older than Vivian (born in 1993), and after a long-term relationship spanning over nine years, they are finally tying the knot.
