Lee Dong Hwi Explains He Didn’t Invite Song Mino To The VIP Premiere Of His Movie After Viral Video Shows The Idol Attending It
Actor Lee Dong Hwi has addressed the reports of Song Mino attending his new movie VIP premiere!
On the 17th of March, Lee Dong Hwi used his account to promote the movie Method Acting (Director Lee Ki Hyuk), which opens a day later.
He went through the cast one by one, saying, “Senior Kim Geum Soon, senior Yoon Kyung Ho, senior Park Ji Hwan, senior Yoon Byung Hee, senior Hyun Bong Sik, Gong Min Jeong, Kang Chan Hee — please meet the beautiful appearances of these amazing actors in theaters on March 18.”
Earlier, Lee Dong Hwi was rumored to have invited Song Mino to the VIP premiere of Method Acting after the idol was spotted at the event amid his ongoing trial.
As eyewitness reports spread that Song Mino attended the premiere, attention was focused on Lee Dong Hwi, with whom he is usually friendly. Song Mino is currently facing trial over allegations including negligence during his social service duty.
Regarding this, Lee Dong Hwi explained directly in an interview with reporters, “I didn’t invite him personally, so I don’t know how to explain,” and added, “I only found out that he came on that day.”
