Popular “Single’s Inferno 4” Contestant Lee Si An Is Being Sued By Her Agency For Breach Of Contract
Lee Si An, currently appearing on Single’s Inferno 4, has been sued for breaching her exclusive contract.
On January 21, Leaders Entertainment stated, “Lee Si An has clearly violated the terms of her exclusive contract and additional agreed-upon conditions,” announcing legal action against her.
The agency, which has managed Lee Si An since August 2023, explained, “In April 2024, as discussions for her appearance on Single’s Inferno 4 began in earnest, we signed an additional agreement to extend her contract. This extension added 1 year and 6 months to her original contract, which was set to expire on October 25, 2024.”
However, Leaders claimed, “In August 2024, shortly after the program’s filming concluded, Lee Si An unilaterally expressed her intention to terminate her exclusive contract. Her objections regarding the contract lack sufficient grounds.”
The agency emphasized, “Since the company’s establishment, all agreements related to filming have been made under the name of the Leaders representative. Lee Si An not only provided written consent but also actively participated in negotiations. We believed that her appearance on Single’s Inferno 4 would be a meaningful growth opportunity and provided full support. Yet, after the show, she disregarded the contract and unilaterally announced a halt to her activities, deceiving both the company and the production team.”
Lee Si An initially gained recognition through Mnet’s Produce 48 and Idol School. Currently featured in Netflix’s dating reality show Single’s Inferno 4, she has captivated audiences with her striking appearance, confidence, and background as a former K-pop trainee, earning comparisons to FreeZia (Song Ji Ah).
On the show, Lee Si An described herself as someone who has “always been in relationships” but is now “in a rare single phase.” She highlighted her alluring features, saying, “My cat-like eyes, kissable lips, and body lines are my charm points.”
