Min Hee Jin Cleared Of Breach Of Trust Charges Filed By HYBE, Police Will Not Forward Case To Prosecution

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has been cleared of breach of trust charges.

On July 15, Min released a statement saying, “Following a police investigation that lasted over a year, it has been concluded that there was no illegality on my part regarding the alleged charges. The police have decided not to forward either of the two cases filed by HYBE for prosecution, determining there is no suspicion of a crime.”

Previously, in April last year, HYBE had filed a criminal complaint with the Yongsan Police Station, stating that “we obtained concrete evidence and physical proof that a plan to seize management control was initiated by the ADOR CEO,” accusing Min of breach of duty.

Meanwhile, the third hearing for the civil damages lawsuit filed by HYBE against Min—seeking approximately 2.5 billion won—is scheduled to take place on July 18.
