Min Hee Jin’s New Press Conference: Offers To Forfeit The 25 Billion Won To HYBE If They Do This

Min Hee Jin has held a press conference to discuss what happens after her win in the court in regards to the put options against HYBE!

On the afternoon of February 25, former CEO Min held her fourth press conference. It was her first official appearance since winning the put option lawsuit against HYBE.

At the conference, Min declared that she would forfeit 25.6 billion won in stock sale proceeds and proposed to HYBE that they halt all ongoing civil and criminal lawsuits.

She also drew attention by mentioning the five members of NewJeans. Former CEO Min stated, “The most urgent reason I made this decision is because of the NewJeans members. I can no longer watch the reality where five members who should be happily on stage have to stand on stage for some and in court for others.”

She especially emphasized, “Please create an environment where all five NewJeans members can gather together and freely pursue their dreams to their hearts’ content.”

Currently, the future direction of NewJeans has not been clearly determined. ADOR officially announced that three of the members have returned to ADOR and will continue together with the agency, but they have parted ways with member Danielle. The agency even identified Danielle and her family as figures who caused the dispute.

The status of the remaining member, Minji, is still unknown. The most recent information indicates that she is in discussions with ADOR.

As ADOR signals a new beginning, attention is focused on what form their affiliated artist NewJeans will return in. If ADOR accepts former CEO Min’s proposal, will they be able to end the legal dispute with Danielle as well? Greater attention is now being drawn to the future moves of the NewJeans members.
