Netizens Discover Former Kpop Idol Had Divorced Her Husband 5 Years Ago

Bini (real name Lee Hye-bin), a former member of the girl group Nine Muses, recently revealed the fact that she divorced her ex-husband, former soccer player Lee Kyu-ro.

Recently, Bini uploaded a video titled “Video that I made after seeing the comment left by my ex-husband (marriage, divorce behind the scenes, and current situation)” on her YouTube channel, ‘Binnie Bini’.

Bini announced the news of her marriage to Lee Kyu-ro, who was a defender for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, in December 2014. However, Bini divorced him in 2019, and she immigrated to Canada and currently resides in Toronto.

In the video, Bini stated, “I wanted to share the story of my marriage and divorce, which I wanted to talk about someday. I consider my decision to marry and divorce as choices that I made well. If I did not get married at that time, I might have made more rushed and chaotic decisions about marriage. You don’t regret the things you have tried once.”

She continued, “I suddenly turned on the camera today because a comment on a profile reminded me of someone. When I started YouTube, the only thing that I hated was if X watched my videos. I didn’t want my acquaintances and family to see it.”

She added, “But today, I immediately deleted the comment after seeing someone related to X leaving a comment. I don’t understand why they would comment even if we are not on good terms. Do they think we had a beautiful breakup? Is divorce a joke? Am I being too casual?” and laughed sarcastically.

Bini then wrote subtitles and included words that could speculate the reason for the divorce, saying, “Is divorce a joke? I really don’t understand. I hope the viewer of today’s video is that person. Please, friends, acquaintances, and family of that person, please do not watch my video. Please don’t come.”

On the other hand, Bini is a former member of Nine Muses, and after promoting their first single album ‘Let’s Have A Party’ in 2010, she left the group after just one year.
