Idol Of Famous Girl Group Halts All Activities To Focus On Health

Park Bom of the group 2NE1 is halting her activities.

On August 6, her agency D-Nation Entertainment stated, “Park Bom will not be able to participate in 2NE1’s upcoming activities. We feel heavy-hearted delivering such news, especially when so many fans have been cheering for the group’s full-member promotions.”

They added, “Recently, she was advised by medical professionals to take sufficient rest and stability. After deep discussions, we had no choice but to make this decision. We kindly ask for fans’ warm support so that Park Bom can recover. Please also send your encouragement to Sandara Park, CL, and Gong Minzy, who will do their best so her absence won’t be felt.”

2NE1 reunited last year in celebration of their 15th debut anniversary and have been continuing their Asia tour.

Park Bom had raised concerns due to her frequent absence from schedules. She was unable to perform at “Waterbomb Busan 2025” on July 26 due to poor condition but did join the halftime performance at the second match of the “2025 Coupang Play Series” between Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United FC held at Seoul World Cup Stadium on August 3.
