Red Velvet’s Wendy has addressed fans’ concerns after viral photos of her slim appearance caused worry.
Recently, Wendy made a special appearance at a baseball game to throw the ceremonial first pitch. The fans were excited to see her on the field but when the photos of the 1st pitch came out, many noticed just how thin she looked causing concern.
It seems the Wendy saw this and chose to address it too.
To the fan communication app Fromm, Wendy spoke to fans candidly and put their worries to rest. She said, “Everyone keeps saying I appear too skinny, but I eat well and am taking care of myself.”
Wendy added, “Don’t worry, I am super healthy!!”
Wendy’s comments attempt to address fans’ worries about her appearance. After this, many fans pleaded with those who made horrible comments about her body to stop, and to respect the idol as such comments can put them under immense pressure. Many also felt bad for Wendy, for she had to address the worries due to the amount of comments she received about this issue.
