Actors Roh Jeong Eui, Lee Chae Min, and Jo Jun Young will be starring in a campus romance drama.

On the 19th of September, the production team of MBC’s new drama “Bunny and Oppas” (written by Sung So Eun, directed by Kim Ji Hoon) announced, “Roh Jeong Eui, Lee Chae Min, and Jo Jun Young have confirmed their appearances.” The trio is set to bring a refreshing youthful synergy to the screen, exciting viewers with their chemistry.

“Bunny and Oppas” is based on a webtoon with over 170 million views and tells the story of Bunny (played by Roh Jeong Eui), who embarks on a journey to find a new boyfriend after her first romance, which ended as a major embarrassment. The plot follows her encounters with several charming men as she navigates her romantic life.

Roh Jeong Eui will take on the role of Ban Hee Jin, more commonly known by her nickname, Bunny. As the top student in the sculpture department at Yein University, Bunny excels academically and personally but was marked as a “love fool” after her disastrous first relationship. When a variety of attractive men enter her life, Bunny faces new dilemmas.

Lee Chae Min will play Hwang Jae Yeol, a talented character from the visual design department at Yein University. Jae Yeol, who is popular among his classmates and juniors, is the department representative and dreams of becoming an art director.

Jo Jun Young has been cast as Cha Ji Won, a member of the top 0.1%, possessing everything. As the grandson of a chaebol family, Ji Won has wealth, looks, intelligence, and a great personality, resembling the quintessential male lead in a romance drama.

“Bunny and Oppas” will depict the awkward yet sweet romances of youths in their early 20s and is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2025.
