Kpop Band Member Causes Concern Showing Injuries From A Physical Altercation, Agency Explains What Happened

A Kpop band named Rolling Quartz has been the subject of discussion after one of its members’ Worrisome Instagram posts!

Last week, its member Hyunjung posted several photos of her injured face and neck on Instagram Stories. In her caption, she noted that people should be careful of “any mentally ill people” around them and revealed she suffered an attack.

Initially and on March 18, the agency said the injuries of the members came from an “unexpected altercation with an outsider on the street,” and added in English, “At the time, there was a physical clash with the other party, whose emotions were heightened, and the artist sustained minor abrasions in the process… after engaging in an amicable conversation with the other party, we resolved any mutual misunderstandings and reached a settlement, thereby concluding the matter.”

Then, On March 20, the idol took to Instagram to apologize for posting the photos and captioned in English, “I apologize for causing concern due to my thoughtless actions. The publicly-released photo pertained to a personal matter. The issue has now been resolved with the other party. I am deeply ashamed to have caused harm and worry through sharing this private matter publicly. Moving forward, I will strive to be more mature. I am truly sorry.”

Fans criticized the agency’s statement for being vague and not providing an accurate account of what exactly went wrong and how she sustained said injuries. This caused even more worry among fans who suspected the idol was forced to apologize by her agency.
