Controversial Rapper Sued By His Own Label Artist For Unlawful Entry To Her Residence

San E, CEO of FameUs Entertainment and rapper (age 40), has been sued by his label artist Layta (age 23).

According to a report by Xports News, Layta (real name Fu Jia), a Chinese artist under FameUs Entertainment, filed a lawsuit in March against San E and an agency staff member, Mr. Jung, on charges of unlawful entry into a shared residence and concealment of shared property.

It is reported that while Layta was staying in China due to an expired visa, San E instructed Jung and others to enter her Korean residence without permission and either remove or discard her stored furniture and personal belongings.

Layta claims she never shared her door code with anyone and that all access and disposal of her property occurred without her consent.

According to the report, San E and Jung are expected to face police questioning in June.

San E debuted in 2008 and is known for hits such as “Story of Someone I Know” and “A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness.” He also served as a producer on Show Me the Money Seasons 3 and 4.

In July of last year, San E was also sent to the prosecution without detention for allegedly assaulting a passerby, and was later given a suspension of indictment.
