Singer Seo In Young has officially acknowledged the rumors of her divorce and is preparing for a return to the music scene.

On November 27, a representative from her agency, SW Entertainment, confirmed, “She is currently undergoing divorce proceedings, but no final decisions have been reached.” The agency also stated that they would share updates as outcomes are finalized.

Seo In Young married a non-celebrity businessman in February 2022 after dating for five months. However, reports emerged in September 2022 that she was in the midst of divorce proceedings. At the time, Seo denied the claims, admitting to marital conflicts but refuting the divorce rumors.

In March 2023, a second round of divorce speculation arose, with reports alleging that Seo had filed for divorce within a year of marriage, citing her husband’s fault as the reason. Her agency refrained from providing details, labeling it a personal matter, though actions like deleting photos of her husband from her social media hinted at issues in their marriage.

Recently, her agency confirmed that divorce proceedings are ongoing, marking the first official acknowledgment of the situation.

Amid these developments, Seo In Young is set to make her musical comeback in January 2025, marking her return after a four-year hiatus since her 2018 release, Comfortable?.
