SEVENTEEN’s Woozi Personally Denies His Group Uses AI In Response To A BBC Article That Received Massive Backlash

SEVENTEEN’s Woozi has personally addressed the BBC article that alluded to the idol using AI!

Recently, BBC released an article titled ‘Will K-pop’s AI experiment pay off?’ and in it, it was mentioned that “Several of (K-pop’s) biggest stars have now used (AI) to create music videos and write lyrics, including boy band Seventeen.”

This obviously caused a huge commission within the fandom as they expressed their confusion and anger. Many believe the person who wrote it misconstrued Woozi’s words when he said they experimented with AI.

In relation to this and after the article had gone viral, Woozi himself took to Instagram to clarify the rumors and put the accusations to rest, to his Instagram stories, he wrote in English, “All of SEVENTEEN’s music is written and composed by human creators.”

Woozi is one of the main producers of his group and is deeply involved in their discography, he’s also worked on many other idols songs including  Ailee, I.O.I, and fromis_9.
