SM Entertainment Asks Fans To Refrain From Sending EXO Kai Letters To His Military Base
EXO Kai‘s agency, SM Entertainment, has urged fans to refrain from sending letters and parcels to Kai’s military training camp.
Recently, SM Entertainment posted a notice titled ‘Guidelines for Internet Letters and Parcels for Kai’s Training Period’ on a fan community site.
The following is SM Entertainment’s statement:
Hello. This is SM Entertainment.
Thanks to the warm support from EXO-L, KAI has safely entered the military training center.
During the training period, we believe that there will be a large number of internet letters and postal mail sent to KAI, so we would like to provide cooperation guidance to EXO-L.
We understand the fans’ concern and support for KAI, but if a large number of letters and mail are sent to the training center at once, it may be difficult to store them, leading to loss, and there may be many difficulties such as delays in delivering other trainees’ letters due to many printed letters.
Therefore, we kindly request EXO-L to refrain from sending internet letters and postal mail during KAI’s training period.
If you want to send a message to KAI, please leave it in KAI’s Bubble message or EXO-L community in the Gwangya Club. We plan to deliver all messages to KAI after the training period ends, so we kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of EXO-L. Thank you.

Kai, who entered the Army Training Center on the 11th, will receive basic military training for five weeks before serving as a social service worker.
