Actress Shares Video Of BTS Jimin Visiting Her Alluding To Their Relationship, Big Hit Remains Silent
BTS member Jimin (real name Park Jimin) is caught up in dating and cohabitation rumors with actress Song Da Eun for the fourth year, but unlike Song Da Eun, he has not made any official statement, drawing attention.
Song Da Eun recently posted a video on her TikTok account showing her meeting Jimin.
The video showed Song Da Eun coming out of her apartment and waiting for someone at the elevator. When the elevator door opened, the man who appeared was Jimin.
Song Da Eun greeted Jimin with a surprise, and Jimin laughed, saying, “Ah, you surprised me. Did you know I was coming in? I deliberately didn’t tell you I was coming.” The hallway interior was reported to be the same as that of an apartment located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where Jimin resides, reigniting suspicions of cohabitation.
The alleged couple’s dating and cohabitation rumors first surfaced in 2022. Song Da Eun once posted a photo on her Instagram account of wireless earphone cases engraved with her and Jimin’s English initials.
Not stopping there, Song Da Eun also shared a video of a person whose face was covered with a flower emoji walking by a river. The video’s background was not only the same as the background seen in BTS’s self-produced content video released in 2020, but also the shoe design worn by Jimin was identical, according to speculation. There was also a photo of Song Da Eun wearing an official MD T-shirt with the BTS song title “MIC DROP” printed on it.
Netizens believe that Song Da Eun indirectly acknowledged her dating rumor with Jimin after announcing she would sue netizens who posted malicious comments that crossed the line.
On the other hand, Jimin and his agency Big Hit Music have remained silent despite the dating rumors with Song Da Eun surfacing several times. As a result, malicious commenters’ attacks against Song Da Eun have been continuing for a long time. Big Hit has yet to issue a statement despite the video going super viral.
Meanwhile, Song Da Eun, born in 1991, graduated from the Department of Broadcasting and Entertainment at Induk University, and made her official acting debut in 2011 through the MBC drama “Can’t Live Without You.” She later appeared in several dramas across the years. The broadcast that made her name most widely known was Channel A’s dating reality show “Heart Signal Season 2” in 2018.
Jimin, born in 1995, debuted in the music industry in 2013 as a member of BTS under Big Hit Music, a label under HYBE. After completing his military service in June, he departed for the U.S. with BTS members in July to begin preparing for their comeback. BTS is planning a major world tour along with their comeback in the spring of 2026.
