Taemin Loses His YouTube Channel Due To Hacking, Agency Says YouTube Shut Down The Channel Due To ‘Violations Of Community Guidelines’

Taemin’s YouTube channel has been hacked again and now removed from the platform, and fans are growing frustrated!

On December 16, Big Planet Made, the agency representing SHINee’s Taemin, revealed that his official YouTube channel had been hacked.

The agency stated, “At around 3 a.m. on December 15, we identified suspicious activity indicating that Taemin’s official YouTube channel had been hacked. Upon recognizing the situation, we promptly restored the channel and implemented related measures. We also submitted the suspected hacking account details and relevant data to YouTube later that morning.”

Despite these efforts, the agency continued, “YouTube informed us at 1 p.m. today that the channel had been deleted due to violations of the platform’s community guidelines. Currently, the channel is shut down.”

Big Planet Made expressed their regret: “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concerns caused to fans. Although we used complex passwords, two-factor authentication, and stringent security measures, this unforeseen incident occurred. We are actively discussing a swift resolution with YouTube and working to restore the channel as quickly as possible by clearly presenting the facts.”

Additionally, the agency announced plans for legal action: “Given the repeated hacking attempts on Taemin’s YouTube channel, we will be reporting this matter to the police and pursuing strong legal measures.”

Meanwhile, Taemin is gearing up for his first solo world tour, starting in Macau this January and visiting global cities such as Mexico City, São Paulo, New York, Chicago, Houston, Auckland, Los Angeles, Helsinki, Frankfurt, London, Tilburg, and Paris.
