U-KISS Member Eli Announces Remarriage 6 Years After 1st Divorce
Eli, a member of the group U-KISS, has announced a fresh start.
On the 11th of June, Eli personally shared the news of his upcoming marriage through his social media, expressing his deep affection for his bride-to-be.
Reflecting on the past, he shared, “The last 5 years have been the most challenging yet transformative time of my life. It was a period where joy and sorrow coexisted, and I was able to grow by learning difficult lessons.”
He continued, “In that process, I met a precious person who brought understanding, happiness, and peace into my life. Her patience and support were a huge source of strength that helped me endure the tough times, and she made the happy moments even more special.”
He also expressed, “I am grateful to share that I have found the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. I am incredibly happy to begin a new chapter of my life with someone I love and respect. I look forward to the future we will build together.”
Furthermore, he added, “I want to sincerely thank everyone who has stood by me and cheered me on to get to where I am today. I will never forget the love of everyone who has been a source of strength through prayers and support, whether from my days promoting with U-KISS or as friends.”
The wedding photo released alongside his message caught readers’ attention, showing the couple dressed in a pure white dress and a tuxedo.
Meanwhile, Eli married media personality Ji Yeon Soo in 2014 and they have a son together, but the couple divorced in 2020. They later appeared together on the TV Chosun variety show We Got Divorced 2 in 2022, drawing attention to a potential reunion, but they ultimately decided to go their separate ways.
