Video Production Company Exposes EXO Member’s Agency For Unpaid Production Fees
EXO-CBX member Xiumin’s agency has become embroiled in a controversy over unpaid music video production fees.
Video production company 815 VIDEO released a statement exposing the extent of the issue. They revealed they have yet to receive over 60 million won in unpaid settlements and that, despite contacting the agency, INB100, they haven’t been able to receive their money.
The company warns that if they’re unable to settle the issue soon, they might take action to protect their rights.
Full official statement from 815 VIDEO:
Hello, this is 815 VIDEO. We are a video production company that produces music videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
We would like to present our official position regarding the music video production service for Xiumin’s song “Overdrop,” an artist under INB100.
In August 2025, 815 VIDEO was commissioned by INB100 to produce one main music video and one teaser video, and the project was completed normally in accordance with the contract between both parties.
The total service cost is 82.46 million won (including VAT), and we received an advance payment of 16.5 million won. However, the remaining balance of 65.96 million won (around $44,077) has not been paid to this day even after the project was completed.
We have requested payment of the remaining balance multiple times after the due date and have sought official confirmation at the company level. However, following the departure of the staff member in charge, we have not received any clear response or guidance regarding a specific payment schedule.
The music video has already been released through official channels and is being used for the artist’s music promotions, and we have faithfully fulfilled all production obligations under the contract. Nevertheless, we express deep regret that the rightful payment has not been made for a prolonged period.
815 VIDEO has continued discussions for a sufficient period in pursuit of an amicable resolution. However, if the unpaid balance is not settled promptly, we have no choice but to consider all necessary measures to protect our contractual rights.
