Two Members Depart Agency, Future With Beloved Boy Group Uncertain
Kim Dong Han and Yoo Yong Ha, members of the group WEi, are leaving their agency Wii Entertainment.
Agency Wii Entertainment announced through its official social media on August 25th, “Kim Dong Han and Yoo Yong Ha held lengthy discussions about their future activities, and while respecting each other’s views, we mutually agreed to end the contract upon the expiration of the exclusive contract period.”
The agency continued, “We extend our deep gratitude to Kim Dong Han and Yoo Yong Ha, who gave their best as artists under Wii Entertainment,” adding, “We will wholeheartedly support the new activities and paths the two will take from here on.”
The agency’s statement did not mention whether Kim Dong Han and Yoo Yong Ha will continue to take part in WEi’s group activities going forward.
WEi is a six member boy group that debuted in October 2020, and most recently met fans with their 8th mini album “Wonderland” last October.
