Winners of The 2022 Genie Music Awards

The 2022 Genie Music Awards happened today, here is the list of winners!

As previously reported, The 2022 Genie Music Awards has decided to cancel the live broadcast of the award show as well as the Red Carpet ceremony in light of the national mourning period for Itaewon’s tragedy.

This year, NCT DREAM took home two daesang awards. The criteria to this year’s grand prizes were: 60% on Genie Music digital scores and 40% on judges’ evaluations

Best male rookie award: Tempest

best female rookie award: IVE

Best Hip Hop Artist: BE’O

Best Rock: Jaurim

Best Pop: Peder Elias

Best Music video: Feel my rhythm by Red Velvet.
