YG Shocks With Surprise Announcement, New Girl Group To Debut This Year With 1st Member To Be Revealed VERY Soon
YG Entertainment’s head Yang Hyun Suk has shared several important announcements with fans!
On May 26 KST, YG Entertainment’s official YouTube channel released a video of Yang Hyun Suk sharing several artists’ announcements with fans. Among the shared announcements was new reported news from BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER’s new mini album with a pre-release single, and TREASURE’s comeback in September and new tour in October.
Among those announcements, Yang Hyun Suk shared that YG will debut a new girl group, shocking fans. The girl group will consist of 4 members with the 1st member to be revealed on May 28, a couple of days from today. Yang Hyun Suk also said that he is planning to debut one of the two boy groups currently in training next year.
The first member of the group will be revealed on May 28 at midnight KST and Yang Hyun Suk said he also hopes to release solo songs by the members of the upcoming girl group next year too, following a similar format with BLACKPINK members in the past.
