Fans Shocked After Popular 46 Year Old YouTuber Passes Away, Police Completes Autopsy To Determine The Cause Of Death
The police have completed an autopsy to determine the cause of death of YouTuber the late Great Library (real name Na Dong Hyun).
A senior official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated at a regular press briefing on the 8th, “The autopsy on Mr. Na was conducted today. Once the results are out, we will verify the cause of death and other necessary details within the required scope.”
The police plan to use the autopsy results to determine Mr. Na’s specific cause of death.
Earlier, acquaintances of Mr. Na testified that he had complained of heart-related pain while alive.
Great Library was found dead at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 6th of September. He was 46 years old.
No suicide note or signs of foul play were found at the scene.
As a first-generation internet broadcaster, Great Library had been a beloved creator on various platforms for over 20 years.
The deceased had even attended the “2026 S/S Seoul Fashion Week” two days before his death and interacted with fans via live broadcasts, which has added to the shock.
His funeral is being held at Konkuk University Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul, with his ex-wife Yoomdaeng (real name Lee Chae Won) and his younger sister serving as the principal mourners.
The funeral procession will take place at 8:00 a.m. on the 9th of September.
