YouTuber Sukyzin, Red Velvet’s Seulgi’s Cousin, Passes Away In An Accident At The Age Of 27

YouTuber Sukyzin (real name Cho Soo Jin), known as the cousin of Red Velvet member Seulgi, has passed away.

Sukyzin passed away following a sudden accident on June 7. The news was shared through her bereaved family. An individual, “A,” who identified themselves as Sukyzin’s maternal cousin, shared the tragic news in a comment on Sukyzin’s latest video, writing, “Our lovely Soo Jin became a star in the sky on June 7 due to a sudden accident. Her family and friends stayed by her side for her final journey.”

The cousin continued, “We earnestly request that the subscribers who cherished Soo Jin’s YouTube channel also send their warm condolences and prayers for her final journey. Please join us in spirit so that the family can fully process their grief and send Soo Jin off in peace.”

Sukyzin was a YouTuber with around 20,000 subscribers who received love for sharing glimpses of her daily life. Notably, her most recently uploaded video was one she had filmed with her cousin, Seulgi.

Following the sudden and tragic news, a wave of condolences from the public has been pouring in for Sukyzin.
