Amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding ADOR, the internal document containing evidence of an ‘attempted seizure of management rights’ has emerged, with the individual who authored it coming forward to address the situation.

A, the vice president of ADOR and a close associate of CEO Min Hee Jin, told Yonhap News on the 23rd of April, “The content of the ‘internal document about ADOR,’ as reported by the media, reflects my personal concerns. The background is the prolonged conflict between HYBE and ADOR that remains unresolved.”

He further claimed, “This is based on my personal thoughts and experiences, and it is not a matter discussed with CEO Min Hee Jin or other ADOR executives.”

HYBE initiated a sudden audit of ADOR the previous day and discovered internal documents written by A last month. These documents contained sentences such as ‘How will G·P be saved?’ and ‘How will HYBE be sold?’ Some analysis suggested that this supports HYBE’s claim of an ‘attempted seizure of management rights.’

However, A drew a clear line, labeling it as a ‘personal document’ and ‘a document not discussed with CEO Min Hee Jin,’ refuting allegations that it was done under Min’s instructions.

A emphasized, “The content was not intended for reporting or sharing; it was a personal document that was not shared with any member of ADOR, despite the grandiose name of ‘internal document.'”

Furthermore, he added, “I express deep regret that mere existence of a ‘memo’ level document stored on the company laptop has been leaked to HYBE, and it has been portrayed as an ‘internal document’ for a vast conspiracy, mentioned in various articles.”

The existence of this document both shocked and angered netizens as it revealed that Min Hee Jin said Bang Si Hyuk copied her to create BTS, and also dragged TWS and RIIZE into this by accusing them of copying NewJeans.

Previously, HYBE conducted an internal investigation into Min Hee Jin, the representative, and another ADOR executive, Mr. A. HYBE explained that Min Hee Jin conspired to illegally separate NewJeans and take over management. Additionally, they sent a letter demanding her resignation.

Min Hee Jin went on the offense and issued a statement on the same day attacking HYBE’s management, accusing them of copying NewJeans’ style and likeness for ILLIT’s debut. Industry insiders now fear this might become a 2nd Fifty Fifty situation as the battle escalates.
