Netflix Responds to Reports That Ha Young Will Return for ‘The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call’ Seasons 2 and 3
Amid reports that actress Ha Young is set to appear in seasons 2 and 3 of “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call,” Netflix has issued a statement addressing the claims.
A Netflix official told Ilgan Sports on the 26th, “A follow-up production for ‘The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call’ is under discussion,” adding, “We are unable to confirm details regarding the filming start date or the casting.”
Earlier, OSEN reported that the Netflix series “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call” is preparing not only a second season but a third, and that Ha Young, who plays Cheon Jang Mi, will remain with the series without departing.
Ha Young has recently been going through a difficult time after being caught up in controversy over her great-grandfather’s pro-Japanese ties. Her side initially responded to the allegations by calling them “groundless,” but after supporting documents continued to surface, they issued an apology, saying, “We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by hastily calling the allegations groundless without sufficient verification.”
Meanwhile, Ha Young is currently continuing filming for the new SBS drama “There’s a Chance of Winning.”
