Actor Jung Woo Sung’s Instagram account is embroiled in controversy as screenshots of alleged direct messages (DMs) exchanged with an unidentified woman have been circulating online.
On November 26, screenshots reportedly showing messages sent from Jung Woo Sung’s verified Instagram account (@tojws) began spreading widely with various women sharing screenshots of their conversations with him. The account displayed a blue verification mark, adding credibility to its authenticity.
The screenshots reveal the account initiating a conversation with a woman, complimenting her with the phrase, “Impressive job.” The recipient responded by asking, “Jung Woo Sung, your account hasn’t been hacked, has it?” The alleged account explained it had come across her profile and admired her work, leading to further exchanges, including sharing photos.
In other screenshots, the account appears to express irritation to one woman while engaging warmly with another, sparking further speculation online. Some netizens questioned the authenticity of the screenshots, suspecting potential fabrication or tampering.
Jung Woo Sung’s agency, Artist Company, responded to those screenshots, stating, “We cannot confirm matters regarding private exchanges on social media as they pertain to the actor’s personal life.”
Amid this, the situation escalated with the revelation that Jung Woo Sung is the biological father of model Moon Gabi’s child, which his agency confirmed on November 24. They stated that Jung Woo Sung is committed to taking full responsibility for the child but declined to comment on details regarding his relationship with Moon Gabi, including their dating timeline or marriage plans.
Following these controversies, additional photos emerged of Jung Woo Sung embracing and kissing an unidentified woman on the cheek. The origins of these photos remain unverified, and it’s unclear if the woman is related to previous reports.
These incidents have led to reconsideration of Jung Woo Sung’s attendance at the upcoming 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards on November 29. Although initially planning to attend as a nominee, his agency confirmed they are discussing the matter with the event organizers due to concerns over the controversy’s potential impact.
