Actress Lee Si Young personally apologized over the “campground nuisance controversy.”
On the 29th of December, Lee Si Young posted a message on her SNS and bowed her head, saying, “I am sorry to those who felt uncomfortable at the campground.”
She explained the situation, saying, “I was told that our team was the only one that had a reservation that day at the campground, so I thought we were the only ones there. After checking, the owner told me that one team did come and stay in the evening.”
She continued, “Because of my second child, I went in the late afternoon and couldn’t stay until late at night, so I returned home first after staying for just a few hours, and I didn’t know the detailed situation.” Lee Si Young added, “I also think manners time is very important when at a campground, so once again, I am sorry,” conveying her apology again.
Previously, a netizen posted a message on an online community claiming that a group including Lee Si Young caused nighttime noise at a campground by playing loud music and shouting, causing harm. The netizen said, “Under extreme stress, our family, who came with a 5-year-old child, completely lost our mental composure,” and added, “Because this experience was such a severe mental blow, we decided to take a break from camping for a month or two.”

After that, another campground user came forward with a similar claim of damage, and photos and videos of Lee Si Young enjoying her time at the campground were uploaded to her SNS, leading to a spread of criticism toward her.
