Known Korean Actor Reveals He Has Broken Up With His Blind Date Partner, Shares Why
Actor Lee Tae Sung has opened up about the sad news of his breakup with the veterinarian he met through a blind date on a broadcast.
In the episode of Channel A’s “Groom Class 2” airing on November 6, Lee Tae Sung is seen having an outdoor gathering by the Han River with Oh Yeon Hee, a co-star from his previous drama, his female co-star, and Oh Yeon Hee’s boyfriend and same-age friend, Kim Yo Han.
On the way to the meeting place in the car, Lee Tae Sung was asked by Kim Yo Han about the veterinarian blind date partner who had attracted a lot of attention. After hesitating for a moment, Lee Tae Sung calmly acknowledged the breakup, saying, “It didn’t work out.”
He confessed, “As we talked, there were parts that didn’t match in the direction and pace of life and in values.” He then explained, “She has clear dreams and goals she wants to achieve, so we decided to cheer for each other’s futures and remain good friends.” Even so, he said, “My heart for dating is still open, so I plan to try again,” vowing a fresh start.
The episode airs on November 6 at 9 PM.
