This New Korean Rom-Com Just Doubled Its Ratings In Its 2nd Week, The 1st Big Hit Of 2025?
SBS’s newly released drama “Love Scout” starring Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk is showing impressive progress and gaining a lot of attention!
The drama premiered last week to ratings in the 5% range and quickly rose past the double digits for its 2nd week. According to Nielsen Korea, “Love Scout” 4th episode recorded an average nationwide rating of 11.3%, this is the drama’s highest rating to date and double that of its 1st episode.
The drama was also crowned the most-watched show of the week among viewers ages 20 to 49.

The drama gained attention for its sweet plot. The chemistry between Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk has also been highlighted as many viewers believe they share great chemistry together. The drama which offers a look at career scouts mixes various genres in an interesting manner that many viewers have fell in love with.

Its also gaining attention for being Lee Jun Hyuk’s first entry into rom-coms as a lead since the actor is known for playing villainous characters in various hit dramas. His transition to the role has gained a lot of attention and praise as many now wonder why he hasn’t done such a sweet melo drama ever.
Due to these reasons, its been reported “Love Scout” is becoming the 1st hit kdrama of the year 2025. With 10 more episodes to go, many are excited to see how far up the ratings can reach.
