Kdrama Starring Popular Actors Scores Ratings In The 0% Range, Why?
Channel A’s new drama “Positively Yours” has recorded ratings in the 0% range despite its popular cast!
The drama is led by Choi Jin Hyuk, Hong Jong Hyun, and Oh Yeon Seo. Even before its first broadcast, the drama drew attention by previewing a bold bed scene between Oh Yeon Seo and Choi Jin Hyuk.
In addition, it made headlines when Hong Jong Hyun stepped in to replace Yoon Ji On, who stepped down last year amid a drunk-driving controversy, drawing further interest.
The drama recorded a 0.9% viewership rating for its 5th episode, which aired on the 31st of last month, then rebounded slightly to 1.4% with episode 6.
Despite the drama picking up steam, the drama’s ratings have been fluctuating leading to speculations on whether it’ll be able to escape the 0% range next week too. The drama’s ratings on Saturday generally score lower than on Sunday.
“Positively Yours” is a reverse-track romantic comedy that unfolds after a one-night deviation between a man and a woman who had sworn off marriage in this lifetime. It airs every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 p.m.
