Song Hye Kyo Stuns With Her Beauty In Cameo Appearance On Netflix’s “Genie, Make A Wish”
Actress Song Hye Kyo made a surprise cameo appearance in the Netflix original series “Genie, Make A Wish”!
In the episodes released on October 3, Song Hye Kyo appeared wearing bold smoky makeup and a look reminiscent of Princess Jasmine, immediately catching viewers’ attention.
In the scene, when Gi Ga Young (played by Suzy) recognized her and said, “Song Hye Kyo?”, the actress coolly replied, “A famous face, huh? I just picked one of your team’s favorite faces from Netflix,” drawing laughter.
The two then engaged in a witty back-and-forth, adding humor and liveliness to the story.
It’s been reported that Song Hye Kyo made the special appearance due to her long-standing connection with writer Kim Eun Sook. The two previously worked together on “Descendants of the Sun” and “The Glory.”
Her friendship with lead actress Suzy also drew attention. On the day of her cameo shoot, Song Hye Kyo shared Suzy’s still cuts on her Instagram, showing her support.
Meanwhile, “Genie, Make A Wish” is a fantasy romantic comedy that tells the story of Genie (played by Kim Woo Bin), a lamp spirit who awakens after a thousand years, and Ga Young (played by Suzy), an emotionally detached woman, as they navigate three wishes that lead to unexpected encounters and healing.
