Two Of The Biggest Current Entertainers Reveal They Were Once Removed From A Show Two Days Before Filming Began

Park Narae and DinDin revealed an incident where they were suddenly notified of their removal from a show just two days before filming.

Recently, a new video was uploaded to the Narae-sik YouTube channel.

In the video, Park Narae was joined by close friends Moon Seyoon and DinDin as guests. She shared, “I first met Seyoon oppa on Comedy Big League, and as for DinDin, we became close because our careers started taking off around the same time.”

DinDin recalled, “We were both being invited to shows around 2015 to 2017.” Park Narae added, “I was on Radio Star in September 2015. After that, things really picked up, and everywhere I went as a guest or panelist, he was there too.”

DinDin chimed in, “Yeah, if I went to a radio show, she was already there. We even worked as fixed panelists on a show where we watched We Got Married clips together. Since she was always around, it was so comfortable. We’d always go out for drinks after.”

Park Narae said, “Back then, we were young, he was in his 20s, I was in my early 30s and we were full of energy.” DinDin added, “As Narae noona’s career took off and mine started to do well too, I moved to a new place that was close to her, and we ended up hanging out nearly three times a week.”

DinDin then revealed a particularly sudden experience: “Remember that, noona? We Got Married filmed on Wednesdays, but out of nowhere, on Monday, we were told, ‘You don’t need to come anymore.’ I was confused and called Narae noona, and she said she got the same message. Then on Wednesday, we saw that Yang Sechan hyung and Jang Doyeon noona had replaced us.”

He continued, “Doyeon noona felt really bad about it. Even Sechan hyung called to apologize, but honestly, it wasn’t their fault. Still, we were like, ‘Dang, that’s unfortunate.’”

Park Narae reflected, “It was during a time when we were just starting to gain momentum, so losing a show like that really hurt.” DinDin added, “It made you wonder, ‘Is it over for me?’ Every time that happened, we’d keep each other going. If someone asked me to name the top female celebrities I’m closest to, Narae noona would definitely be in the top three.”
