Chaebol Kpop Idol’s School Email Gets Leaked, She Addresses The Situation

Annie, a member of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT, revealed that her university email address was leaked.

Recently, Annie held a “study with me” live broadcast where she studied together with fans while working on an assignment.

While turning on her laptop and focusing on her work, Annie said, “Everyone, I have something to talk about. Honestly, I know it’s really easy to find my school ID. But if you send emails to my school email address, it becomes hard for me to find emails from my professors or important emails sent by the school.”

She continued, “All the emails sent to my school email are full of kind words, but if there’s something you want to say to me, you can write it on Dayoff (a communication app) or anywhere else, and I can read it. If you send things to my school email, it becomes really difficult to see school-related emails, so please send them somewhere else,” she said cautiously.

Annie also said, “Knowing my school email means knowing my school schedule too, and if you see me at school and greet me, I’ll greet you back. But there may be times when I’m really not in good condition, so I ask for your understanding in advance. And if you want to see me, you just have to study hard to get into Columbia University.”

In addition, Annie continued friendly communication by saying that if any of her fans are admitted to Columbia University, she would give them her class notes.

Meanwhile, Annie is the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group honorary chairwoman Lee Myung Hee and the eldest daughter of chairwoman Chung Yoo Kyung. She is majoring in Art History and Visual Arts at the Ivy League school Columbia University and has recently returned to school. As Annie attends the spring semester, which runs until May, the other members are also expected to minimize the hiatus through various individual activities.

Previously, when news of her return to school was reported, Annie said, “I was told early last year that I couldn’t extend my leave of absence any longer, so I told the members and the company in advance and made the decision. And I only have exactly one semester left. I earned a lot of credits by working hard before, so if I attend just one more semester, I’ll graduate.”
