All members of NewJeans are officially returning to ADOR.

On November 12, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle released a joint statement announcing, “After careful consideration, we have decided to return to ADOR.”

The trio added, “One member is currently in Antarctica, which delayed our communication, but since we have not received a response from ADOR, we are announcing our position separately. We will continue to greet you with sincere music and performances. Thank you.”

Earlier that same day, ADOR had shared that members Haerin and Hyein had also expressed their intention to continue activities with the agency. ADOR stated, “Both members, after careful discussions with their families and sufficient communication with ADOR, have decided to respect the court’s ruling and uphold their exclusive contracts.”

ADOR responded by stating, “We are currently verifying the authenticity of Minji, Hanni, and Danielle’s intentions to return.”

Previously, all five members of NewJeans had refused to return to ADOR, emphasizing that it was a “unanimous decision.” Given that the court has already ruled in favor of ADOR, it seems the members have decided to return back to their agency.

Meanwhile, NewJeans had claimed that their contract with ADOR was terminated last November due to alleged breaches by the agency. However, both the injunction and first trial rulings were decided in favor of ADOR.
