2NE1 member Park Bom’s agency has released a statement addressing her recent series of accusatory posts on social media.

On October 24, D-Nation Entertainment shared an official statement to their SNS, saying, “First, we sincerely apologize for the concern caused by Park Bom’s recent personal SNS posts. She is currently in a very emotionally unstable state and is struggling to communicate properly. She is in urgent need of rest and treatment for recovery.”

The agency continued, “Her posts have been interpreted in various ways, leading to unnecessary misunderstandings. As a result, the situation has affected not only Park Bom herself but also her family and acquaintances.”

They added, “We also respectfully request members of the media to refrain from further reporting on the matter. We will do our best to help her recover her health as soon as possible so she can greet everyone again in a better state. We ask for your warm encouragement and understanding.”

Park Bom has been on hiatus since August due to health issues. Recently, however, she posted on social media calling for an investigation into YG Entertainment and its producer Yang Hyun Suk, saying, “Please thoroughly investigate what YG did.” She also uploaded an image of a complaint form naming Yang Hyun Suk as the defendant.

The image contained an extraordinarily large sum of money, and Park Bom claimed that YG had “failed to pay the profits that were rightfully due for a long period,” demanding a full investigation and legal action.

In response, D-Nation clarified that the financial settlements between Park Bom and YG had already been completed, emphasizing that their focus was now on helping her recover her health.

Despite this, Park Bom made another post stating, “YG never paid for any of my plastic surgery. They said they used me by selling stories about plastic surgery,” once again expressing her dissatisfaction.

What do you think of their statement?
