Popular Rapper Cleared Of Charges Of Trespassing After Getting Sued By His Own Label’s Artist

Rapper San E has been cleared of charges after being sued by his own agency’s artist for trespassing.

On July 8, San E shared a screenshot on his social media account showing a message from the National Investigation Headquarters of the Korean National Police Agency. The message read:
“This is the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station. Regarding your case involving violations of the Act on the Punishment of Violent Acts (including joint residential trespassing and joint property damage), we inform you that the case has been closed without indictment due to insufficient evidence.”

Back in May, it was revealed that San E had been sued by a Chinese artist named Leta, who was under his label FameUs Entertainment.

According to the complaint, San E allegedly instructed an associate named Mr. Jeong to enter Leta’s residence and dispose of or move her furniture and belongings without her consent while she was staying in China due to visa issues.

In March, Leta filed a legal complaint against San E and Jeong, accusing them of joint residential trespassing and concealment of property.

Separately, San E was also involved in another incident last year where he was booked for assaulting a passerby with a mobile phone at a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul. He was later given a suspension of indictment on the charge of special injury.
