“I Love You, Jihye,” Taecyeon Publicly Professes His Love For His Fiance

Taecyeon has gained attention for his speech at the 2025 KBS Drama Awards!

At the ‘2025 KBS Drama Awards,’ Ok Taecyeon expressed his affection for his fiancée after receiving his first Excellence Award. The ceremony was held on the afternoon of the 31^st o December at the KBS New Building Wedding Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with Jang Sung-kyu, Nam Ji-hyun, and Moon Sang-min hosting.

Ok Taecyeon said, “As a member of 2PM, I’ve received many awards, but this is my first time receiving an award for acting. First of all, there are so many people I need to thank—thank you sincerely to the director and the writer. This opportunity made me reflect on my acting. I’ve been acting for about 15 years, and through this project, I discovered new sides of myself and made a promise to continue improving.”

After thanking his family, fans, and 2PM members, Ok Taecyeon added, “I sincerely thank my fiancée. I love you, Ji-hye,” showing his affection for his soon-to-be wife.

Taecyeon’s mention of his fiance has gained attention of fans all around the world. Taecyeon is set to get married to his fiance in the spring of 2026. His agency said, “The wedding ceremony is scheduled to be held privately next spring at a location in Seoul, attended only by both families, relatives, and close acquaintances. As his spouse is a non-celebrity, we ask for your deep understanding that detailed information will remain private.”
