As news broke that Kim Soo Hyun participated in the recording of “Good Day,” viewers’ anger has erupted.

On March 13, MBC’s “Good Day” stated to Xports News, “The filming proceeded while minimizing the originally scheduled activities,” confirming that Kim Soo Hyun took part in that day’s recording.

Kim Soo Hyun is currently embroiled in controversy over allegations of dating a minor. As reports of his participation surfaced, viewers flooded the “Good Day” message board with criticism. Comments included, “Is the production team out of their minds?” “I hope they all leave the industry together after filming,” “Please, let Kim Soo Hyun step down,” and “Just cancel the show altogether.”

Even before news of the recording, calls for Kim Soo Hyun’s removal were mounting. Many viewers had expected either his departure or his scenes to be edited out, and they did not hold back their anger upon learning that he had continued filming.

Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun has been at the center of controversy following allegations that he had been in a relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron since she was a minor.
