“Cinderella At 2am” Ending Explained- Did Yun-Seo And Ju-Won Get Married?

“Cinderella At 2am” has wrapped up its run a couple of hours back, let us recap the finale!

“Cinderella At 2am” episode 10 recap

The episode begins with Yun-Seo And Ju-Won enjoying their picnic when they’re told Ju-Won’s father has jumped the gun and says he’s divorcing the mom admitting to infidelity.

The next day, the mother asks to see her. She says she’ll allow them to get married but she has to take responsibility for the scholarship foundation but on one condition. She has to reveal her past so the tide changes and the public’s sentiment towards the company improves since its in shambles because of what the father did.

When Yun-Seo tells I-Rae about it, Ji-Seok happens to overhear, she had agreed to do it and reveal her past but the brother is not happy about it.

He goes to the company to confront Ju-Won who was unaware of this. She barely drags him out of it. She then returns to tell Ju-Won not to be too upset. He wants to confront his mother but she stops him saying she seemed badly on edge.

She says they need to be by her side right now as the situation is affecting her deeply. So instead of getting mad and confronting her, the brothers arrange a trip with their mother.

However, things don’t go as planned and they discover they rarely know much about their mother’s preferences and such. The car breaks down mid-way, so they end it shortly but have a nice conversation waiting for help to come.

Ju-Won tells his mother he’s always by her side. When she asks who came up with this idea, he refers to Yun-Seo.

The mother then reveals she had agreed to reveal her past but not to tell Ju-Won. The mother felt horrible about it ever since, so they won’t reveal it but will announce the marriage.

Yun-Seo takes the job at the foundation but she starts much smaller, she wants to learn the ropes.

With this comes huge responsibility and she neglects the wedding preparations so Ju-Won is forced to do various things with different people because of it. Lee Seong-Min designs the wedding invitations.

Because of the stress and her rejecting meeting him due to her busy schedule, one day they have a fight.

Meanwhile, Si-Won takes out Mi-Jin for dinner and forgets the preparations for their wedding anniversary, she gets very upset. She even ends up leaving early after learning all the gifts and such were because of his assistant.

Both upset with their partners, Mi-Jin and Yun-Seo meet for drinks. They get very drunk and answer their husbands. They reveal they’re going to confront their mother-in-law prompting both to panic. They barely drag them out before things go South.

Realizing just how difficult Yun-Seo has been, Ju-Won apologizes. She cooks him a home-cooked meal but its bad because she messes up the portions.

Si-Won also assures Mi-Jin he was preparing for their 100th-day anniversary and thinking they should share a bed so he prepared a nice design, but she tells him they can do it starting now.

Yun-Seo and Ju-Won ultimately get married. He helps her wear beautiful white shoes and they marry with close friends and family. In voiceover, she talks about how there is no happily ever after like the stories but she’s happy with him, she has courage, her family and him by her side so she’ll make it a happy ending.

The couple kisses while the guests clap.
